This week I am sharing the Baked Apple Crumbles from page 190 in the How Not to Die Cookbook.
This is the perfect amount of dessert in my opinion.
Makes four servings and gives you that hint of sweetness I personally crave without getting me off my weight loss goals.
Also once you slice the apples in half these are the perfect treat on the go (they hold up so well!).

I have both from the library and still trying to decide. How Not to Diet is more focused on weight loss but seems to have more updated information since it is a newer book with the BROL recipes. How Not to Die might have a few more sweets. There is a little overlap in some of the basic recipes.
