If you've been following our channel or website for a while, you know I am all about a fast and easy recipe.

This lemon chickpea curry is just that - easy, fast, and delicious.

I prefer a more milder curry but if you like a more spicy version add in red pepper flakes or select a spicy curry seasoning.

If you like coconut flavor, you can add a bit of coconut extract/flavoring to really bring out that sweet creaminess. Looks fabulous! Can't wait to try...😁

I love all your recipes and videos! Can I use chickpea miso since I have a soy allergy?
