How Not to Diet | Vegetable Tart


One of my favorite new recipes from the How Not to Diet Cookbook is the vegetable tart found on page 110.


I adore making the tart for brunch or even dinner with a side of farro. The recipe has such a nice arrangement of texture from the crust, paste, and vegetable filling.


I know I will be making this recipe for the years to come. Seasonal vegetables would be amazing to change up throughout the entire year. If you are looking for a dish that is flavorful, loaded with vegetables, and has beans hidden -- this is it!


Highly suggest you check this new cookbook out - everything I have tired has been delicious and each recipe has a photograph included! Love that.
