Tofu scramble is one of the very first whole food plant-based meals I ever learned to make back in 2010.
I use to make a tofu scramble hash brown casserole, which I will have to make a video and post that soon. It really was a staple recipe during college for me.
If you are someone who use to love scrambled eggs, this really is the dish you need to try.
You can flavor the tofu with any seasonings you like, and it will take on that flavor.
Perfect for a filling breakfast or even dinner!
We love serving our tofu scramble with cooked potatoes and extra veggies.
Topped with salsa, ketchup, hot sauce, or even pesto. We make this recipe at least once a week we enjoy it that much!
For today's video, I shared the Golden Scrambled Tofu and Veggies from page 336 of Nourish The Definitive Plant-Based Nutrition Guide for Families.
I hope you'll give this recipe a try, and check out the book Nourish The Definitive Plant-Based Nutrition Guide for Families by Reshma Shah M.D. M.P.H. and Brenda Davis R.D..
We love seeing photographs of the recipes and just in general hearing from you guys!
Wishing you all the best,
Brittany
