Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
(Refined Sugar-Free & Plant-Based)

Ingredients:
o 1 cup non-dairy milk unsweetened unflavored
o 1.5 frozen bananas
o 1 tbsp Dandy Blend
(or ½ cup of cold brew or 1 shot of espresso)
o 1 tbsp ground flax meal
o 2 tbsp (or as much as ¼ cup) pure pumpkin
o 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
o Directions:
o Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth
o Serve cold
Optional:
*Swap frozen bananas for 1 cup ice cubes and 1-2 pitted dates
