Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino (Refined Sugar-Free & Plant-Based)

Move over Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts, we've got a delicious, healthy, and easy pumpkin spice frappuccino recipe!

I also share my pumpkin ice cube trick which makes for an easy nicecream option or perfect for this recipe. Who is ready for all the pumpkin recipes, I am!

Enjoy our wonderful recipe for that special time when summer is starting to transition into fall. I absolutely love this time of year.

Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino 
(Refined Sugar-Free & Plant-Based)
By: The Jaroudi Family
o  1 cup non-dairy milk unsweetened unflavored 
o  1.5 frozen bananas 
o  1 tbsp Dandy Blend 
  (or ½ cup of cold brew or 1 shot of espresso) 
o  1 tbsp ground flax meal 
o  2 tbsp (or as much as ¼ cup) pure pumpkin 
o  1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
o  Directions:
o  Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth 
o  Serve cold 
*Swap frozen bananas for 1 cup ice cubes and 1-2 pitted dates
