Whole Food Plant Based Breakfast "Sausage" Patties

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 15oz can of black beans rinsed and drained
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal mixed with 6 tbsp water mixed and set aside for 15 minutes)
1 tbsp white miso (optional)
Sausage Seasoning:
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp dried fennel
*Or 2 tbsp store bought sausage seasoning*
Directions:
+Combined all ingredients in a food processor
+Blend until mixture is well incorporate and mixed together
+Move mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for one hour
+Wet your palms with a tiny bit of water and form burger patties
+Add breakfast sausage patties to baking sheet lined with parchment paper
+Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Makes 9-12 small breakfast sausage patties.
Freezes great!

I made your recipe for the second time this morning. I skipped the 1 hour refrigeration for lack of time and they still came out good. I really like the flavor. I ate half of the patties for breakfast, and it's pretty good knowing I ate a 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a 1/2 can of black beans for breakfast! Pretty nutritious!
My sister lol'ed me the other day when I said I was closer to vegan gravy and biscuits. I used your recipe for oat rolls and switched out the yeast for baking soda and baking powder and came up with an oil and salt free biscuit. Hi! I am wanting to mix this all up and just cook a couple and freeze the rest to cook later. When I pull a frozen one out to make, do I let it thaw or can I cook from frozen? And at what temp? Thanks!
