What could make Friday better than enjoying a Whole Food Plant Based Fudgesicle (Refined Sugar Free & Oil Free) and enjoying a new Baby Yoda t-shirt!


While Baby Yoda is adorable I'll stick to the Whole Food Plant Based Fudgesicle (Refined Sugar Free & Oil Free) for this blog post.


Not only is our fudgesicle creamy and a chocolate lovers dream but its also healthy with four simple ingredients!


Cooked sweet potatoes, non-dairy milk (unsweetened/unflavored), pitted dates, and cacao/cocoa powder -- that's it!


So simple and easy!


You can add in additional items like peppermint extract, coffee, fresh/frozen fruit, or peanut butter.

Whole Food Plant Based Fudgesicle (Refined Sugar Free & Oil Free)

Ingredients

2 cups roasted sweet potatoes (without the skins)

3 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder

6-10 pitted dates (sweeten to taste)


[Add in any additional ingredients - peppermint extract, fruit, coffee, peanut butter]


Directions:

+Place all ingredients in a blender

+Blend until well combined

+Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze until completely frozen.


Makes 12 Fudgesicle
